Top Job Award 2019
In 2019, weinor was awarded the ‘Top Job’ seal for the first time in recognition of its qualities as an employer. On 22 February 2019, Angelika Freericks-Jaekel, then Head of Human Resources and Finance at weinor, accepted the award in Berlin from Wolfgang Clement, the former Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and then ‘Top Job’ mentor.
Particular praise was given to the company’s strategic focus on securing a sustainable supply of skilled workers and the continuous development of weinor’s qualities as an employer.
With the ‘Top Job’ quality mark, the Centre for Employer Attractiveness, zeag GmbH, recognises medium-sized companies with an employee-focused workplace culture. The assessment focuses, amongst other things, on the quality of leadership, job satisfaction and the well-being of employees.
